Alexis Pinturault claimed alpine skiing combined World Cup victory as France completed a sweep of the podium in Kitzbuehel after Marcel Hirscher was disqualified on the second run.
Aksel Lund Svindal had claimed super-G victory earlier in the day but did not finish the second run while Kjetil Jansrud was fourth in the first run but could only clock 54.49 seconds to leave him 13th in the combined.
Pinturault clocked 1:13.01 minutes in his first run and hit a time of 50.59 in his second to give him victory with Victor Muffat-Jeandet second and Thomas Mermillod-Blondin third.
It was Muffat-Jeandet who put down the quickest time on run two but his super-G time of 1:13.91 meant his countryman took the win by 0.89 seconds.
Fourth in the end went to Switzerland with Carlo Janka a second back on Pinturault but just 0.08 off third.
