Astrid Uhrenholdt Jacobsen returned to winning ways in the cross country World Cup with victory in the 10km individual free in Rybinsk, Russia.
The victory is on the same site as the Norwegian claimed her first-ever World Cup win back in 2007 and she did it in a time of 28:12.5.
That was 14.4 seconds ahead of America's Liz Stephen who clinched her first World Cup podium spot of her career.
Third place went to Germanys Stefanie Boehler who crossed in 28:48.9 36.4 seconds behind Jacobsen.
"This is the place where I won my first World Cup in 2007, so it is nice to be back with a win here again today," said the Norwegian.
"It is a difficult course with challenging conditions today so I was cautious on the first lap and I think that helped very much."
Despite the win Marit Bjoergen still leads the overall standings with 1588 points ahead of Therese Johaug and Heidi Weng who are on 1138 and 1017 respectively.
