Lake Louise given go-ahead

The World Cup downhill meeting in Lake Louise at the end of the month has been given the green light by governing body FIS.

Racing over the weekend of the 26th and 27th of November will take place after a positive snow control was carried out on Monday.
The long-term weather forecast for the resort in Alberta, Canada is good with daily temperatures not getting above minus-five degrees.
Minimum daily temperatures are expected to be as low as minus-20 and some snowfall is expected.
