Maze, who was also fastest on Monday, posted a time of one minute and 28.20 seconds on the Silvio Baltrametti course ahead of the final World Cup races of the season.
American Julia Mancuso was second fastest, with Daniela Merighetti of Italy third.
But all eyes will be on the rivalry between close friends Vonn and Reisch, who fininshed seventh and 11th respectively in the final training session.
Vonn, looking for her fourth consecutive overall title, has already won the downhill, super-G and super combined titles but trails close friend Reisch by 23 points in the overall standings.
"All in all, it was a solid training run and I'm happy that I got one good one through the finish," said Vonn, who admitted being a little conservative after making mistakes in Monday's first training session.
"It gives me more confidence."
Reisch finished 0.61 seconds behind Vonn.
