Mikaela Shiffrin wrote her name into the record books as she became the first woman to win the slalom World Cup race in Are three times.
The Olympic champion was fastest over both runs, clocking 51.88 and 52.68 for an overall time of 1:44.56.
It was 1.41 seconds faster than Slovakia's Veronika Velez Zuzulova while the Czech Republic's Sarka Strachova was third, 2.15 second behind Shiffrin.
The American's victory was her fourth of the season and also took her within touching distance of sealing a third consecutive World Cup slalom title.
With one race remaining, the 20-year-old is 90 points clear of nearest challenger Frida Hansdotter of Sweden, who could only manage sixth in front of her home fans.
