The latest in the long list of Graham's team to touch on controversy is Olympic and world 100 metres champion Justin Gatlin, although the has yet to be suspended. He could however, face a life ban should he be found guilty.
The snub comes hard on the heels of some earlier bad news for Graham, who was told on Thursday that his athletes would not be invited to the Berlin Golden League meeting early next month.

The facility ban seems to be permanent, at least for the time being, according to USOC chairman Peter Ueberroth. "If there's something that convinces us to change our position, we'll look at it at a future time," he said.
The revelations about Gatlin, coupled with the Floyd Landis scandal in cycling, have rocked the US, and prompted a mass clampdown on drugs used to sport.
"USA Track & Field shares the USOC's concern over the influence coaches, trainers, managers and others might have over athletes who cheat," USATF spokeswoman Jill Geer said.
"USATF also is aggressively examining ways in we can take action against, or withhold privileges from, individuals other than athletes who are suspected of being involved in doping," the statement added.
