European 200m silver medallist Jodie Williams insists her decision to opt out of British Athletics' World Class Performance Programme is based on her individual aspirations for Rio 2016.

Williams, who is also the Commonwealth Games silver medallist, was initially chosen to receive funding for the 4x100m, but has decided to focus on her individual event ahead of the Olympic Games next year.
The 22-year-old has been plagued with injuries over recent years, and as a result, has decided to focus on her sprinting as she targets a place in the Team GB squad bound for Rio next summer.
"I have been fortunate to have been part of the WCPP for the last two years, which has enabled me to get on the podium on three occasions in 2014," she told British Athletics.
"However, having missed out on the last Olympics through injury and a few setbacks since then, I have made the decision to focus all my efforts into ensuring that I make individual selection for Team GB in Rio.
"I know I've got the full support from British Athletics, so will be continuing to work closely with them over the next 12 months."
