Pelicans 112, Hawks 94
The New Orleans Pelicans were without All-Star Anthony Davis for much of the Tuesday night game because of a right knee contusion, but they still rolled to a 112-94 victory over the Atlanta Hawks.
Tim Frazier had career highs of 21 points and 14 assists for the Pelicans, who led by 35 points in the third quarter. Terrance Jones scored 15 of his 17 points in the first half.
Davis was hurt diving into the stands trying to save a loose ball late in the first quarter, crashing into seats in the fourth row. He returned to start the fourth quarter although the Pelicans led 95-71, and he finished with 13 points.
Kyle Korver and Dennis Schroder each scored 14 points for Atlanta.
Knicks 107, Trail Blazers 103
New York Knicks won its fifth consecutive game at Madison Square Garden by knocking off Portland.
Kristaps Porzingis poured in 31 points, and Derrick Rose added 18 points and five assists for the Knicks. Brandon Jennings and Mindaugas Kuzminskas provided sparks off the bench by contributing 11 assists and 10 points, respectively.
Portland received 22 points from Damian Lillard and 16 points from CJ McCollum.
Rose's jumper with 6.8 seconds to play sealed the win.
Nuggets 110, Bulls 107
Will Barton hit two free throws with 9.5 seconds left and Denver beat Chicago.
Barton finished with 10 points and Jamal Murray had 24 points and six rebounds, both season highs. Jusuf Nurkic had 14 points and 14 rebounds for Denver, which notched its 10th straight victory over the Bulls at Pepsi Center.
The Nuggets have won 16 of 17 overall at home against Chicago.
Jimmy Butler followed up his 40-point game against the Los Angeles Lakers with 35 points, eight rebounds and five assists. He was 11 of 12 from the line.
Lakers 111, Thunder 109
Nick Young's 3-point bucket with five seconds left was the game-winner, boosting Los Angeles past Oklahoma City. The Lakers snapped a nine-game losing streak to the Thunder.
Jordan Clarkson scored 18 points to lead six Lakers in double figures. Young contributed 17 points, Timofey Mozgov had 16 points, and Lou Williams added 13.
Russell Westbrook led the Thunder with 34 points, 13 assists and eight rebounds, while Steven Adams finished with 20 points. Victor Oladipo chipped in 14 points, while Joffrey Lauvergne had 12 for Oklahoma City.
