April 18 (The Sports Xchange) - Chicago Bulls guard Kirk Hinrich was ruled out for Saturday's Game One of the Eastern Conference quarter-finals against the Milwaukee Bucks because of a hyperextended left knee.
Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau said Saturday he was unsure when Hinrich, who missed the last two games of the regular season, will be able to return.
"(The rehab progression) has sort of plateaued off," Thibodeau said. "So he's been stuck for a few days now. So hopefully we can find something to get him better."

Phoenix Suns guard Brandon Knight underwent successful arthroscopic surgery on his left ankle, the team announced.
The surgery was performed Friday in Los Angeles. Knight is expected to make a full recovery.
Knight averaged 17.0 points and career-highs of 5.2 assists, 3.9 rebounds and 1.4 steals this season. He played in 11 games with the Suns after being acquired in a trade from the Milwaukee Bucks on Feb. 19.

The Golden State Warriors recalled center Ognjen Kuzmic from the Santa Cruz Warriors of the NBA Development League.
Kuzmic helped Santa Cruz earn a 106-95 victory over the Austin Spurs in Game One of the NBA D-League Western Conference Finals on Friday night by posting 16 points, a game-high 14 rebounds, two steals and three blocks in 33 minutes.

The Cleveland Cavaliers assigned guard Joe Harris to the Canton Charge of the NBA D-League.
Harris has played in 51 games (one start) for the Cavs this season, averaging 2.7 points in 9.7 minutes per game.
