Norway remain the team to beat in the biathlon after they produced a strong performance to see off Germany in the men's 4x7.5km relay.
The foursome of Ole Einar Bjoerndalen, Tarjei Boe, Johannes Thingnes Boe and Emil Hegle Svendsen used just five spare rounds on a windy day in Antholz as they raced to victory in 1:15:36.7.
It was the German team of Erik Lesser, Daniel Boehm, Arnd Peiffer and Simon Schempp and the French quad of Simon Fourcade, Quentin Fillon Maillet, Simon Desthieux and Jean Guillaume Beatrix who pulled away from the start.
However, they were left to battle it out for fourth in the end as Thingnes Boe took the lead and eventually took the win by 16.4 seconds.
The result leaves Norway on top of the Nations Cup standings with a score of 4680 while Germany sit behind in 4396 and Russia third with 4327.
