The quartet of Nadine Horchler, Maren Hammerschmidt, Denise Herrmann and Franziska Hildebrand came home 1:07:35.6 hours to ensure Germany would win all five women's relay events this campaign.
Norwegians Kaia Woeien Nicolaisen, Hilde Fenne, Tiril Eckhoff and Marte Olsbu were second, 22.8 seconds back.
And a photo finish decided third place; with the Czech team of Jessica Jislova, Eva Puskarcikova, Lucie Charvatova and Gabriela Koukalova pipping Sweden to the podium, 22.9 seconds back on Germany.
While Germany powered to the crystal globe with a perfect 300 points, France finished second despite coming home sixth in Pyeongchang, the first time they have failed to reach the podium all season.
That gave France 248 points and third went to Ukraine who finished with a score of 224 as they came home seventh in South Korea.
