Anthony Joshua hits heaviest career weight for Cardiff title defence

Anthony Joshua has weighed in at a whopping 18st 2lbs for his world heavweight title defence against challenger Carlos Takam - the heaviest of his career.
The British WBA and IBF heavyweight champion defends his belts on Saturday under the roof at Cardiff's Principality Stadium, a bout that is expected to attract a world record indoor fight crowd of 70,000.
France's Takam who was only 16st 11.5lbs in comparison.
Joshua is heavier than before his 11th round KO of Wladimir Klitschko in April when he weighed in at 17st 12lbs.
"I was reading everyone that I was going to come in a stone lighter," said Joshua.
"I’ve done a lot more running. Maybe I’m starting to fill out and find my natural weight.”
Joshua is chasing a 20th KO in the first 20 fights of his career.
