Mayweather accused of 'battereing and blackmailing' ex-fiancee

Floyd Mayweather's ex-fiancee Shantel Jackson is suing him for battery, assault, false imprisonment and harassment, according to court papers.
She announced her civil case last week at a press conference, where she claimed that Mayweather beat her and invaded her privacy by posting online about her decision to terminate her pregnancy.
Now the full court papers have revealed a long list of alleged violent incidents, including one in which Mayweather is said to have held Jackson at gunpoint and threatened to shoot her.
The lawsuit also alleges that Mayweather tried to control Jackson's behaviour, forbidding her to leave the house, and that she was expected to "make herself available to him virtually at all times", preventing her from working.
Mayweather has previously been convicted of domestic violence, beating his ex-girlfriend and mother of his children Josie Harris, as well as counts of battery.
Jackson is seeking damages from Mayweather as well as an injunction to stop him from publishing naked pictures of her.
Mayweather, who has a month in which to respond to the papers, fights Marcos Maidana this weekend.
