Stevie Johnston successfully defended his IBA lightweight title via unanimous decision over Humberto Toledo at the Broomfield Event Center in Broomfield, Colorado.

The former two time WBC lightweight champion was in control throughout, winning by wide margins of 119-109, 118-110 and 120-108.

It was Johnston's first appearance in his home state since a controversial draw with Jose Luis Castillo in September 2000.

IBA Middleweight and WBC Continental Americas Champion, Ireland's John Duddy earned a one-sided ten round decision over Dupre "Total Package" Strickland.

After scoring a first-round knockdown, Duddy (20-0, 15 KOs) cruised by scores of 100-89 twice and 100-90.
