Formula Three Euroseries front-runner Guillaume Moreau has been added to Conquest Racing's line-up for their Houston test next week.
Moreau, 23, will join his French compatriot Alex Premat at the MSR Raceway as both test for Eric Bachelaert’s team, who are still yet to sign any drivers for next season.
And Bachelaert is keen to see what talent is available to him sooner rather than later.
Bachelaert said: "I'm very pleased to be giving these two young, talented, French drivers a chance to test our Champ Car. I think they will be a good fit in these cars.
"Guillaume might have less experience in powerful cars, although he tested a GP2 car lately, but he has proven results in F3 that allow me to think he will adapt quickly and also do well in a Champ Car.
"I'm anxious to see how they both perform next week."
Moreau finished ninth in this season's Formula Three Euroseries, racing for the Signature team, but was a race-winner in the championship in 2005.
