Facing the Netherlands, Snitil's rink recorded a comfortable 8-4 victory on home ice, opening the scoring with a two in the first end.
They all but secured the win with a three in the seventh end as their Dutch opponents conceded in the ninth end.
With only two countries set to go forwards to PyeongChang, the Czech Republic will join Denmark and Italy in the play-offs - two nations who went head-to-head in session 14 in Pilsen.
It was Rasmus Stjerne's Danish rink who came out on top, soaring to an 8-3 triumph with a four in the eighth and final end.
Elsewhere, Russia narrowly missed out on a place in the top three despite an 8-5 win over China, with three points in the ninth end seeing them steal the win.
Finland meanwhile secured their third win of the tournament, triumphing 8-4 against Germany.
Denmark and Italy will go to battle once more in the first play-off fixture on Sunday with the winner confirming their place at the Olympics. The loser will then take on the Czech Republic for the remaining spot.
