Clancy, along with Welshman Jon Mould, won five out of nine races as JLT-Condor took an early lead in the standings with 199 points ahead of Team PedalSure and Maloja Pushbikers.
The Revolution Cycling Champions League was the first time the series saw seven WorldTour teams take to the track, including Team Sky and Cannondale-Drapac.
And Clancy was delighted that all the hard-work paid off for he and Mould after a gruelling weekend.
"It's been great and aside from the wins we've been pretty consistent, we've been up there in every race," Clancy told Cycling Revolution.
"It's always tough, I was tired on Saturday evening, the point's race in the afternoon session killed me.
"I got a bit excited, which meant I struggled a little on Sunday evening but we hung on to a few second and third places.”
In the women's competition, Neah Evans held off fellow British rider Emily Nelson to win the omnium as Podium Ambitions lead the table from Voxwomen and Great Britain.
Evans partnered Dame Sarah Storey and the 26-year-old hailed the 14-Paralympic champion's impact on the competition.
"It's the first time we've actually raced together, and we just worked well together straight from the start it was so good having her up there with me,"she said.
