Daley will compete in the 10m platform and will be looking to land an early blow as he goes up against Olympic champion David Boudia of America and London 2012 silver medallist Qiu Bo of China.
He is joined by Sarah Barrow and Tonia Couch, who finished the 2014 event ranked third in the 10m synchro, and Commonwealth Games champions Chris Mears and Jack Laugher.
Completing the line up are Alicia Blagg and Rebecca Gallantree who will return to action in the 3m synchro having also claimed gold in Glasgow last summer.
"I'm excited to get back to competing internationally," Daley said. "It's been a busy close of season and I have got some good training in.
"Jane and I are building the foundations of the season and competing in Beijing and Dubai are really important steps ahead of returning to London for the British leg and the Worlds this summer."
National Performance Director Alexei Evangulov added: "The Diving World Series provides an important opportunity to see where our athletes are compared to the world's best early in the season.
"This year is a vital year on our journey to the Olympic Games and this early season test will give us the chance to identify where we can improve ahead of the World Championships in Kazan."
