The one-day test will take place on Wednesday 12 August and will be held at the MIRA proving ground and test track in Leicestershire, UK. The car will be driven on the venue’s ‘ride and handling’ asphalt circuit.
JRM’s professional test and development driver, Terry Kaby, will attend the test to offer teams and drivers advice and technical insight.
JRM is an official Base Team of Subaru Tecnica International (STI) and its 2015 Subaru WRX STI has been built to the FIA’s new-for-2015 NR4 technical regulations, in conjunction with engineers at Subaru’s motorsport division in Japan.
“This is the newest production rally car anywhere in the world and, with our endurance tests and latest development phase complete, we’re now in a position to invite suitable teams and drivers to put the Subaru through its paces,” said JRM Senior Sales Manager, Steve Smith.
Interested parties can contact Steve by e-mailing ssmith@jrm-group.com or by telephoning +44 (0) 7590 851862.
JRM will be organising further test days in the coming weeks.
