Rendina to Max ERC schedule

Max Rendina, who doubles as a driver and promoter of Rally di Roma Capitale, is planning to contest selected FIA European Rally Championship rounds in 2017 in addition to his own event.
Rally di Roma Capitale is new to the ERC for 2017 and counts as the penultimate round from 15-17 September.
Rendina will contest five world championship events this season but is looking to expand his schedule by tackling a number of ERC counters driving a Motorsport Italia ŠKODA Fabia R5.
“The 2016 season was difficult for me, due to injury, having to learn a new car, and also my time commitments as an organiser,” said Rendina. “So now I start a very exciting new year with renewed energy and the determination to show that the trophies I’ve won in the past don’t make my hunger to win again any less.”
