Aaron Ramsey will not play again for Arsenal until after the first international break of the season, according to reports, after the Wales international picked up a hamstring injury in the 4-3 defeat to Liverpool.

Ramsey was forced off with half an hour remaining in Sunday’s game, just moments after fellow midfielder Alex Iwobi had left the field with a thigh strain.
And the Euro 2016 star will certainly miss Saturday’s game against Leicester City, while he is set to also sit out the following Premier League game against Waford with his eyes on a return to competitive action against Southampton on September 10.
“I pushed Ramsey in and he got injured,” Wenger admitted after the game.
“It’s a very difficult situation to sort out because the players come back late because of the Euros and, on top of that, you play them and they get injured. If you don’t play them you miss them.”

Ramsey’s setback means he joins an extensive list of early-season injuries for the Gunners, with Pet Mertesacker, Gabriel, Laurent Koscielny and Jack Wilshere all missing out on starts against Liverpool with knocks of their own.
