Bayern Munich celebrated winning the Bundesliga for a record 26th time with Robert Lewandowski passing the 30-goal mark in a 3-1 win over Hannover at the Allianz Arena.
The Poland striker became the first man to score 30 Bundesliga goals in 39 years with the opening goal in a comfortable win for the German champions, who finished the season 10 points ahead of Borussia Dortmund.
Lewandowski has scored 42 goals in all competitions. He is the first man to score 30 league goals since Dieter Muller managed the feat for Cologne in 1977.
Normally these games can be dull, but it was an exciting encounter with a lot of intensity," said Guardiola. "Now we will enjoy the day and celebrate and then we will prepare for the Cup final.
Mario Gotze scored twice after Lewandowski got the ball rolling with Artur Sobiech netting for the visitors, who had already been relegated in finishing bottom of the table.
Guardiola's final game as Bayern coach takes place next Saturday when Bayern bid for a second double under their departing Spanish coach in three years.
They face Dortmund in the German Cup final before he joins Manchester City during the close season.
Italian Carlo Ancelotti will succeed Guardiola as Bayern coach in the summer.
