Timothy Chander was shown a late red card as Eintracht Frankfurt and Hoffenheim played out a goalless draw at the Commerzbank-Arena.

Fourth-placed Hoffenheim are now unbeaten in 14 matches - but this game proved a real test as the strong challenges were flying in from the start.

That culminated in a cluster of bookings, and eventually Chandler's dismissal eight minutes from time, for a push on Hoffenheim forward Sandro Wagner
