Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil start for Arsenal against weakened Monaco

Arsene Wenger has named a very attacking starting XI for the visit of his former club Monaco, who are in the midst of a defensive crisis.

Arsenal begin their Champions League knockout campaign tonight, welcoming the Ligue 1 side for the 1st leg of their last 16 tie.
Monaco have major problems as Bernardo Silva, Yannick Ferreira Carrasco & Layvin Kurzawa all failed late fitness tests.
Once the boss at Monaco, Wenger’s Arsenal side have also won 8 of their last 9 fixtures in all competitions.
Monaco finished top of their Champions League group, conceding one goal in the six group games but managed only four goals whilst topping their group.
4th in the French league, Monaco have conceded only three goals in 14 games since matchday six and boast the meanest defence in the league.
Arsenal have been eliminated at this stage of the tournament for the last four years, twice by Bayern Munich and once each by Barcelona and AC Milan.
