Porto smashed five goals past Premier League champions Leicester City to increase the pressure on Claudio Ranieri and ensure that Nuno and his side would progress to the next round of the Champions League.
Leicester went into the game knowing that they had secured top spot regardless of the result, and as such made a number of changes, leaving Andy King, Riyad Mahrez and Jamie Vardy in England.
Porto knew they needed a win to ensure they would finish in second, ahead of FC Copenhagen, who did everything they could by defeating Club Brugge but had to settle for the Europa League.
Porto took the lead early on when Andre Silva headed home from a corner and they doubled their lead when Jesus Corona volleyed home superbly before the half-hour mark.

Yacine Brahimi made it three before half-time with an outrageous back-heel and then in the second-half Silva added his second from the penalty spot before Diego Jota rounded things off late on.
It makes it the heaviest defeat for an English side in the Champions League.

TALKING POINT

Even Leicester's back-ups are struggling. Okay so Ranieri pretty much changed the entire starting line-up so we probably shouldn't read too much into this but it's astonishing just how poor Leicester were defensively. The Corona and Brahimi goals were fabulous but some of the marking was atrocious. There was another goal conceded from a set-piece and really Porto could, and should, have scored more. Perhaps more worrying is Ranieri's tactical naivety - why did he go 4-4-2 against a team who love to play 4-3-3? Porto absolutely dominated the midfield without even having to try.

MAN OF THE MATCH

Yacine Brahimi (Porto): This could have been any number of Porto players but Brahimi was the architect of Leicester's plight. He started on the left but didn't stay there and drifted inside regularly in order to offer support to Silva. His trickery and pace caused all sorts of problems for Luis Hernandez and the centre-backs didn't fare too well when he started to target them. Brahimi is the elder statesman in this side's attack, which is remarkable in itself, and he clearly relished the responsibility.

KEY MOMENTS

6' - GOAL! PORTO 1-0 LEICESTER (ANDRE SILVA) The second corner pays off for Porto as Andre Silva stands his ground and heads into the net, with Hamer left rooted to the spot. Silva has been making waves this season and he's off the mark tonight.
26' - GOAL! PORTO 2-0 LEICESTER (CORONA) Oh that's a lovely strike from Corona. The ball comes in from the left from Brahimi and Corona is unmarked and rifles the ball into the top corner on the volley. It's been coming.
44' - GOAL! PORTO 3-0 LEICESTER CITY (BRAHIMI) Well that's a special goal. Porto have pressure on but Hernandez heads clear. It eventually gets spread back out wide to Maxi and he sends in a low cross. Brahimi produces an outrageous back-heel to send it into the net.
63' - PENALTY TO PORTO! Danny Drinkwater has just thrown Andre Silva to the floor, clear penalty.
64' - GOAL! PORTO 4-0 LEICESTER CITY (SILVA PEN) And Andre Silva scores his fourth goal of the group stages to make it 4-0 on the night. No nerves from the youngster.

77' - GOAL! PORTO 5-0 LEICESTER (JOTA) Well that's just far too easy. Jota has all the room and he's played through and keeps his cool to slot the ball past Hamer.
