It was confirmed on Monday that the 18-year-old had committed signed a contract extension with the Bundesliga club up to June 2020.
The United States international had been heavily linked with a move to Liverpool. Pulisic signed for Dortmund in 2015 while Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp was still managing the team.
Speaking to the club's official website, Pulisic said: "I still have a lot to learn.
"Dortmund is the best place for me. And I have the chance to play in front of over 80,000 spectators here. We have the best fans in the world - it can not be better! "
Earlier on Monday the club confirmed they had signed 17-year-old Alexanger Isak from AIK.
