Chesterfield boss Paul Cook believes last-gasp hero Caolan Lavery will now go from strength to strength after his injury-time strike secured a 2-1 victory over 10-man MK Dons.

Lavery, on loan from Sheffield Wednesday, moved Chesterfield to within a point of the League One play-off spots after Gary Roberts had equalised and Dons skipper Dean Lewington received his second yellow card for obstructing Gboly Ariyibi 10 minutes from time.
Chelsea loanee Lewis Baker put the hosts in front with a wicked strike before the break but defeat for the Dons saw them slip out of the automatic promotion places.
And Cook said: "Caolan Lavery is doing really well now, it was difficult at first because it's always difficult when you join a new club, but that's two goals in two games now which is fantastic for him.
"What we've got to do now is keep on believing in what we're doing, we want to get past that 50-point mark and continue to win games because it's a tough league.
"Our lads have been terrific and I'm so grateful to the supporters, I thought the patience we showed towards the end of the game is with great credit to them.
"We played well, we looked a strong team and I think the confidence is really starting to flow through us now.
"We've got a great points tally and it's really important that we stick together. N ow we've won two games on the spin."
But Dons manager Karl Robinson admitted his side are beginning to feel the pressure of the promotion race after a second defeat in as many games.
"We know we weren't good enough but I have to take responsibility for that because it's my team, and it's the team I put out who didn't perform well at all," said Robinson.
"It was flat at first but I don't know what it was and I'm standing here a bit blase about what to say - I'm not going to stand out here and have a go at my players.
"I think there are certain nerves in certain areas of the team that are starting to go, but I'm not going to single out any players in particular.
"I'm the one that picks the team and ultimately I've let people down.
"This is going to be one of the most difficult night's sleep I've had all season because I care so much and want this so badly - I have to get this right and I will.
"I'll do everything I can to get the fans what they deserve and when I've let people down I feel devastated."
