A 4-0 defeat to Leganes proved to be the final straw for Deportivo La Coruna's heirarchy as they decided to sack coach Gaizka Garitano.

The loss, a fourth in a row for the side, leaves Depor precariously placed above the drop zone with just two points separating them and Sporting Gijon, who occupy the final spot.
"The administration of the Real Club Deportivo has taken the decision to terminate the contract of Gaizka Garitano as coach of the team," a statement read.
"The club wants to thank sincerely the Basque coach and his team for their dedication, effort and professionalism they have shown."
Cristobal Parralo, the club's reserve coach, will take training while a replacement is sourced.
Garitano, 41, took over at Depor in June 2016, replacing Victor Sanchez, but won just five of his games in charge.
