Daniel Sturridge and Gary Cahill miss training, giving England potential injury nightmare

England striker Daniel Sturridge reportedly missed training on Wednesday ahead of the Euro 2016 warm-up match against Turkey on Friday.
Liverpool striker Sturridge has only just returned from his latest injury, and thankfully initial reports claim that the move is precautionary since it's "a knock".
Given the 26-year-old's horrendous injury problems over the past few years, however, plans are no doubt already in place for an alternative.
His absence - should the problem prove to be serious - will be a major blow to manager Roy Hodgson's plans.
That said, Hodgson was already facing the problem of having to drop a striker, and should Sturridge prove not to be fit then Manchester United's Marcus Rashford would be certain to grab a spot on the Eurostar less than four months after breaking into the Red Devils' side.
Cahill's injury is potentially even more problematic, since only three centre-backs were named in Hodgson's 26-man provisional squad for the tournament.
However, with the official UEFA squad-naming deadline not until May 31 Hodgson could yet look outside the original 26 for a replacement for the Chelsea defender, with Everton's Phil Jagielka the likely beneficiary.
