Roy Keane has warned Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney off a move to China, saying any transfer would be 'madness', and also hit out at manager Jose Mourinho for being 'cocky'.

The striker has struggled to command a starting role at Old Trafford this season and has been linked with a move to the lucrative Chinese Super League.
But former United midfielder Keane says it is still too early for the England forward to cash in on his star status as he could still fill a role in one of Europe's top leagues.
"There's no way Wayne Rooney should be going to China," he told ITV. "He can still play football at the top level in England, Germany, Spain, Italy... Going to China? Madness.
"He's 31 years of age, there's plenty left yet for Wayne Rooney to do in Europe."
And Keane did not hold back on his opinion of the United manager either following the Europa League victory over St Etienne.
Asked if Mourinho now has his swagger back, Keane told ITV: "It’s a pity really, you’d like to see bit more humility.
"You knew once they started winning a few games he’d get back to his old cocky self."
