Jack Wilshere and Olivier Giroud will start for Arsenal in their Europa League clash against BATE Borisov.
Arsene Wenger makes a total of nine changes from his starting XI in Arsenal's last match against West Brom in the Premier League on Monday.
Only Mustafi and Elneny survive from the last line-up for the match in Belarus as the Gunners aim to make it two wins from two in Group H.
Ainsley Maitland-Niles, who came on in the closing minutes of Monday's match as a substitute, also makes the starting XI.
Monday's brace-scoring Alexandre Lacazette is among those rested ahead of the North Londoners' league match against Brighton on Sunday.
