Everton striker Romelu Lukaku returned to the match-day squad for the first time in a month after injury but was only deemed fit enough for a place on the bench at home to Burnley.

The one change from the draw at Swansea was Kevin Mirallas replacing the injured Leon Osman.

Burnley fielded the same side which narrowly lost to Arsenal.
