Harry Kane sparks England fears after limping off with ankle injury against Millwall
Harry Kane could be a doubt for England's matches against Germany and Lithuania this month after he was taken off during Tottenham's FA Cup quarter-final against Millwall with an ankle injury.
The striker limped off with less than 10 minutes gone at White Hart Lane after appearing to turn his right ankle.
In bad news for England manager Gareth Southgate, it was the same ankle he turned in a match against Sunderland in September - a problem that ruled him out for six weeks.
Kane would later leave the ground on crutches and wearing a protective boot.
Southgate names his squad next week ahead of the friendly against Germany on March 22 and the World Cup qualifier with Lithuania four days later.
