That's it, full time. Australia took their first goal well when the chance presented itself, and harried Chile across the pitch. However, they couldn't withstand some fairly benign pressure in the second half. Australia bow out, and Chile are through as runners-up.
Seconds to go now...
Wright goes in late on Sanchez - he may get a booking when the game comes to a stop... Nope.
Just a few seconds and added time for Chile to see out now. The game has died, so it's a real shock if it doesn't just drift to full-time now.
A story from the other game, as this draws to a close.
45 stepovers from Sanchez inside the box, on the right, gives him the chance to cross, but it's overhit and the danger passes.
- OffEduardo VargasChile

Marcelo Diaz is on for Vargas.
It's now 3-1 to Germany.
MacGowen heads the back of Vargas' when the two challenge for a high ball. He's down for some treatment, but Vargas seems fine.
- Yellow cardPablo HernándezChile
Rodriguez drags the ball with him into the box, but he can't make space for a decent shot and lashes it wide. Hernandez is booked for a late challenge on Kruse earlier.
Troisi flights a wonderful pass to the far post for Maclaren, but his volley is a poor connection and it drifts wide of the post.

- OnBailey WrightAustralia
Sainsbury has left injured, meaning Wright is on in his place.
Sanchez drives down the left, steaming into the box with strength and intent. He flicks it back for Vargas, but he glances his effort inches wide of the post.
Germany are two up now. Should things end as they stand, it will be Germany and Chile into the semi-finals.

GOAL! Chile 1-1 Australia. Rodriguez scores - Mena crosses into the box from the left. It's headed up into the air, and then headed down by Vargas into the path of Rodriguez who hooks it around the 'keeper.
Kruse attacks down the middle and lays it off for Maclaren on the right. Back to Troisi, and his rising shot from 30 yards is just over the bar.

- End of 1st Half
That's half time. See you in 15 minutes.
Sainsbury runs onto Cahill's header back into the box, and Sainsbury lashes his shot miles over the bar from close range.
- Yellow cardAziz BehichAustralia
Sanchez drives down the left, rides some challenges and finds Aranguiz. He lays it out to the right and is caught very, very late. A cross comes in from the right for Vidal, and his header comes off the shin of a defender and flies away. Behich is booked for the foul.
Chile knock the ball around the defence with a lack of urgency.
- GoalJames TroisiAustralia
GOAL! Chile 0-1 Australia. Troisi scores - Bravo pings a low ball up the pitch which is intercepted. Australia storm up the pitch with Kruse, whose pass is played on by Diaz to Troisi in space on the left, in the box, and he lifts a neat finish over the 'keeper.
Another Chilean set piece, this time a corner from the right. It's headed out and worked to Fuenzalida. He pings in a diagonal cross for Diaz, but he glances his header just wide.
Vargas is nudged over about 35 yards from goal, on the right side of the box but still pretty central. Aranguiz floats in a clipped ball, but it's headed away.
Luongo makes a solid connection with a left-footed volley at goal, having run in behind the defence, but it's straight at a well-positioned Bravo in goal.
The clock has broken on the screen, so apparently less than a minute has been played.
- Yellow cardTim CahillAustralia
Cahill is the latest Australian player to go in the book. He flies into Aranguiz, both feets off the ground and scissoring the player. It might be reviewed. It is a dreadful challenge from a tedious man.
- Yellow cardJames TroisiAustralia
Troisi is tackled on the touchline by Vidal, and as Vidal runs away from him with the ball, he trips him up and takes a booking.
We've spent a lot of time discussing VAR, and it's pretty torturous in its banality.
After a bout of VAR, the ref's decision is confirmed.
Sanchez chases onto a ball over the top, and he's nudged over by Milligan, who also flicks the ball away just before. Sanchez wants a penalty, but the referee gives nothing.

- Yellow cardMassimo LuongoAustralia
Luongo goes in late and from behind on Vidal, sending him to the turf. It wasn't the worst of that kind of tackle, but he's booked anyway.
Aranguiz flings in a cross from the left, and Ryan plucks it out of the air at full stretch.
Cahill concedes a foul on the edge of the box. It's 25 yards out, on the right hand side, and Vidal is lining it up. He blasts it into the wall.
There's nothing really going on so far in the match, save for the earlier two chances. Chile aren't pressing.
Chile are playing the ball around the defence, waiting for an opening to give them a chance.
Vargas is slipped in behind the defence on the inside left, and he fires a shot across the 'keeper, and Ryan stops it with his legs.
Ryan races out to take the ball as Sanchez closed in, but the striker was offside anyway.
Fuenzalida crosses for Vidal, who strikes a low volley at goal only for Ryan to palm it away. Neither Vargas nor Alexis is close enough to follow up.
Claudio Bravo plays a pass out of the box, in his first competitive match for a couple of months.
Aranguiz gets clattered in midfield, just a minute after Isla was similarly clobbered.
Australia start with most of the ball, but mainly in their own half, with Chile ready to press.
