Neville's side are without a win in 11 league games and suffered a humiliating 7-0 defeat at Barcelona in the Copa del Rey on Wednesday night.
Neville said: "I don't like what I saw and we've got to recover incredibly quickly. My positivity is immoveable but obviously I don't enjoy moments like this at all.
"I need to make sure of what I've told the players in the dressing room - forget that, forget everything in your mind because the focus shifts to Betis and we are absolutely clear we have to deliver on Sunday."
The biggest problem facing leaders Barcelona as they prepare to visit bottom club Levante on Sunday is whether they can hold on to striker Neymar.
The Brazilian has reportedly been the subject of a world-record transfer bid by Manchester United and team-mate Dani Alves insists the Catalan giants must act quickly to tie him down.
Neymar's current deal with Barcelona runs out in 2018 and Alves told Spanish radio station Onda Cero: "He has two years of contract left but they have to renew it, if not they are crazy.
"Neymar is going to follow Messi, because he's very good. There's no one capable of doing what he does. What he does, at the speed he does it, there's nobody."

Second-placed Atletico Madrid face Eibar on Saturday with a growing list of absentees arising from last weekend's calamitous 2-1 defeat in Barcelona, when they finished with nine men.
Filipe Luis and Diego Godin are both banned as a result of their red cards in the Nou Camp, while Juanfran is also suspended and both Augusto Fernandez and Stefan Savic are injured.
Eibar signed striker Kike from Middlesbrough on transfer deadline day but he is unable to play for the club until next season as registration papers were not filed in time.
Gareth Bale is struggling for fitness as Real Madrid prepare to continue their pursuit of the top two away to struggling Granada on Sunday.
Bale has scored 13 goals for Los Blancos already this season but the winger is still overcoming a calf injury he sustained against Sporting Gijon last month.
A statement on Real Madrid's official club website said Bale "continued to recover" during the club's training session on Thursday, along with Pepe, who has a foot injury.
Fourth-placed Villarreal travel to face sixth-placed Athletic Bilbao at the Estadio San Mames on Saturday, Rayo Vallecano meet fellow strugglers Las Palmas, and Sporting Gijon bid to make it three wins in a row against out-of-form Deportivo La Coruna.
Fifth-placed Sevilla travel to face Celta Vigo on Sunday, while on Monday Espanyol bid for their first win in seven league games at home to Real Sociedad.
