The French midfielder will celebrate winning promotion back to the Premiership with the rest of the Tynecastle troops after their match with Queen of the South on Saturday.
Gomis said: "I've never won a title before. This is the first time. I won the Scottish Cup with Dundee United in 2010 but winning the league is something different.
"It's the whole season and week-in, week-out you have to go out and just play. In the cup you just play no more than eight games so I think it's harder in the league than in the cup.
"For me, this is the best."
Hearts will be at full strength for the Doonhamers clash, with only striker Dale Carrick (hamstring) missing.
Meanwhile, Hibernian boss Alan Stubbs hopes to welcome strikers Farid El Alagui and Jason Cummings back for Saturday's clash with Raith in Fife.
Cummings missed last week's defeat to promotion rivals Rangers with a knee injury but should be fit to return after receiving the all clear following a scan.
El Alagui, meanwhile, has been out of action since the end of August after rupturing his Achilles tendon against Alloa but played 90 minutes of an under-20s game with Celtic on Tuesday.
Stubbs said: "Farid will be in the squad on Saturday and I think he is getting very close to making a full return.
"I still think he is ideally another two games away from being absolutely 100 per cent fit. But he will be in the squad for Saturday because he gives us something different and that is why I'm looking to throw him back in a bit too soon."
