Rafa goes double Dutch

Midfielder Rafael van der Vaart netted twice as the Netherlands eased to a 2-0 win over South Korea in Seoul.

The Dutch side missed a handful of good chances before Van der Vaart fired home from the spot on 30 minutes after forward Andwele Slory had been brought down.

Van der Vaart grabbed his second 20 minutes from time, tapping in from Mario Melchiot's cross.

The South Koreans failed to take advantage of the few chances they created, and suffered a blow when forward Cho Jae-jin suffered a first-half injury.
