Leyton Orient, Mansfield notch wins

Mansfield Town continued their push for a play-off promotion with a late win over Morecambe on Tuesday. Paul Mullin's penalty put the home side in front, but Mansfield scored twice in the last four minutes to turn the match around. First, Chris Clements scored in the 86th minute, then Adi Yussuf scored from six yards to finish the comeback and leave Mansfield just two points from sixth.

Leyton Orient ensured they would be sixth place and holding the final play-off place with yet another Jay Simpson goal. The striker scored his 22nd goal of the season, this one from the penalty spot just six minutes from time to secure the win. Newport County now find themselves only four points from the drop zone.
