Barcelona have had Paris Saint-Germain’s Gregory van der Wiel and Bayern Munich’s Rafinha offered as Dani Alves replacements, and Daley Blind.

Blind's versatility and comfort on the ball could interest Barcelona

Blind is reported by Sport as being told he can leave Manchester United with his agent, Rob Jansen, contacting potentially interested parties, Juan Mata and Memphis Depay having also been put up for sale by new manager Jose Mourinho.
Barca are interested in Netherlands international Blind, who cost United €17m when leaving Ajax in 2014 and is considered to have technique and versatility Barca are looking for, but not the physicality preferred by Mourinho. He could be available for around the same fee United paid two years ago and has two years on his contract.
Van der Wiel and Rafinha are, meanwhile, said by Mundo Deportivo to be the latest proposals to step in for Alves, who looks set to sign for Serie A champions Juventus.
The former is out of contract this summer and has previously been on the Barca agenda, and his Ajax background would, it’s felt, help him settle into the style at Camp Nou.
Rafinha is another former Barca target in the final year of his Bayern contract and could be interested in a change of scenery, while he may also provide cover as a left-back. However, nothing will happen regarding right-backs until Alves’ future is settled.
Juventus may trigger a domino effect by pushing a deal for Alves through with the player set to join up with Brazil for their Copa America Centenario campaign.
