The Brazilian playmaker cancelled out an Edouard Cisse opener to give the six-time consecutive French champions a share of the spoils.
The result means that PSG - in 15th place on 42 points - are not completely safe from relegation although their worries are eased.
Cisse opened the scoring with a superb volley two minutes into the second half but Juninho's header four minutes into injury time earned the six-times champions a share of the spoils.
"I'm really disappointed beacuse we let two points go in the dying seconds," coach Paul Le Guen told reporters. "We played pretty well for the whole match but we lacked attention when it was most needed.
"I'm still optimistic about our future. I'm certain we will be in Ligue 1 next season," added the former Lyon and Rangers boss.
A Bakary Kone strike earned Nice a 1-0 win over Lens, who were playing their first league game under new coach and former France international Jean-Pierre Papin.
Ivory Coast striker Kone latched on to a through-ball from defender Cyril Rool to beat Vedran Runje with a perfect volley from the edge of the box, six minutes into the second half.
Aruna Dindane failed to equalise in the 82nd minute when his penalty kick hit the post.
Nice climbed to ninth in the table on 11 points. Lens, who have two games in hand, are second from bottom on two points.
Bottom side Nantes have all-but been condemned to Ligue 2 after drawing 1-1 at Le Mans. With three matches left, the eight-time French champions trail fourth-bottom Nice by seven points and are unlikely to survive.
Nantes have spent a record 44 consecutive years in the top flight and their relegation would be confirmed if they fail to beat Bordeaux on Wednesday.
Le Mans midfielder Daisuke Matsui arrowed a 20 metres strike to open the scoring on 26 minutes, giving no chance to goalkeeper Tony Heurtebise who was replacing Fabien Barthez, who left Nantes after he got involved in a fight with a supporter following the home defeat by Rennes last week.
Nantes rescued a point with a stoppage-time goal by Claudiu Andrei Keseru.
Sedan, 19th in the table, kept their hopes alive thanks to a 3-1 home victory over Lorient. Winger Nabil Taider put the visitors in front with an angled strike in the 40th but Nicolas Marin equalised through a superb lob seconds from the interval.
The hosts took the lead through Stephane Noro and sealed the success via Gregory Pujol in the dying seconds to narrow the gap to four points with Nice who crashed 3-0 at Nancy.
Troyes lost 1-0 at Auxerre to remain 18th, three points behind Nice.
