Man caught robbing OM

A 26-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday night after attempting to steal Marseille players' shirts from the club's changing rooms.

Bakari Cisse, who is known to police, was challenged by security at the Louis Dreyfus training ground after he attempted to leave in a 4x4 vehicle at around 10pm local time.

He was reported to have claimed to be a player at the club but a bag containing official kit was found in the car and the man was handed over to police.

The man had reportedly been charged with two previous offences, including one of fraud.
