Sky Sports are reporting that initial discussions have already taken place between PSG and Spurs for Adebayor to move to Ligue 1 on loan until the end of the season.
The Togo forward has just 11 starts to his name this season and only two goals, with Harry Kane preferred as first-choice striker by Mauricio Pochettino.
When asked about the speculation on Wednesday night by Sky, the Tottenham boss refused to be drawn into the discussion and said he had not heard anything about such a deal.
Adebayor impressed on loan at Tottenham from Manchester City but his form diminished until Tim Sherwood took charge late last season.
He captained the side for their Capital One Cup semi-final first leg tie against Sheffield United last week, but was booed by sections of the home support when he was replaced by Roberto Soldado just after the hour mark.
Harry Redknapp is reportedly keen to bring Adebayor to Loftus Road before deadline day next week.

Liam Happe, British Eurosport - "Emmanuel Adebayor has hardly done a thing for Spurs recently. In fact, his last great run of form was a year ago when Tim Sherwood replaced Andre Villa-Boas as manager and he put tried to put himself in the shop window with some good performances. Big teams just seem to view Adebayor as a player who can give them something special even when he doesn’t look anything like a top striker. We think he will score four goals in his first two appearances, if he joins PSG, before spending the rest of his loan spell putting in very little effort and maybe checking out the Parisian nightlife before strolling back to London for more of the same.”

Understandably, Eurosport.fr do not understand why PSG would want Adebayor, either. In fact, they put together an entire list of reasons why the move does not make sense,
