Rolan netted with two minutes left, after PSG striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic had equalised twice to cancel out strikes from Lamine Sane and Wahbi Khazri, leaving the visitors empty handed.
Elsewhere, leaders Olympique Lyonnais opened a two-point lead at the top of Ligue 1 after drawing 0-0 at Olympique de Marseille in a match featuring a stormy finish.
Third-placed Marseille went desperately close to breaking the deadlock in the 83rd minute when Lucas Ocampos' effort was cleared off the line even though television replays suggested it had gone in.
The match then boiled over two minutes later when Marseille's Jeremy Morel was sent off for a reckless tackle.
Players from both sides started pushing and shoving while home goalkeeper Steve Mandanda rushed half the length of the field to get involved in the fracas.
Bordeaux, sixth with 48 points from 29 games, went ahead in their match in the 18th minute when Sane beat Thiago Silva to head home.

PSG centre back David Luiz, who scored in the 2-2 draw at Chelsea that saw the French champions qualify for the Champions League quarter-finals on Wednesday, sustained a thigh injury and was replaced in the 37th minute by Zoumana Camara.
But Ibrahimovic, sent off in the first half at Stamford Bridge, found something to cheer five minutes after the break, scoring from close range after Javier Pastore's through pass.
Bordeaux went 2-1 up in the 70th when Khazri headed past Salvatore Sirigu, prompting PSG coach Laurent Blanc to replace midfielder Yohan Cabaye with striker Edinson Cavani.
PSG's Ezequiel Lavezzi was then brought down in the box and Sweden striker Ibrahimovic converted the resulting penalty five minutes from time to seemingly salvage a point.
But Rolan gave the hosts victory when he latched onto Mariano's cross at the near post in the 88th.

Divock Origi ended his goal drought in style with a hat-trick to fire Lille to a convincing 3-0 win over Rennes and extend their winning run to three games in Ligue 1.
The on-loan Liverpool forward, without a goal since the start of October, struck twice in the second half to add to his earlier strike to move Lille into the top 10 and above their opponents who are one of three sides now on 38 points.
It signals a dramatic change of fortune for Rene Girard's side, who had won just once in six games before notching three consecutive wins to move them away from any potential relegation troubles.
