Zlatan Ibrahimovic ‘just like my brother’, says Noel Gallagher

PSG forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic has somewhat surprisingly been lambasted by former Oasis star Noel Gallagher.
The Sweden striker has been involved in his fair share of controversial incidents over the course of his career so far, and now Gallagher has outlined his shortcomings.
The musician, who is famously a huge Manchester City fan, compared the 33-year-old to his brother and former Oasis frontman Liam.
Asked about Ibrahimovic by Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet, Gallagher tore into the player, listing a number of reasons why he is not as good as he thinks he is.
"This guy is a f***ing idiot,” Gallagher told the paper. “I do not like him, he is full of crap.
"He is like my brother, he talks a lot but can’t back it up.
“Cool tattoos and a big mouth,” he added.
OUR VIEW
Ibrahimovic has been mixed up in training ground bust-ups and fights with managers in a chequered career, but Gallagher’s views still seem very harsh. Gallagher was asked for his opinion on the Swede and will be able to simply say that he gave just that. Yes, Zlatan has courted controversy throughout his time in professional football, but he would be justified in taking exception to Gallagher’s very outspoken assessment.
