Monaco sign Stevan Jovetic to replace PSG-bound Kylian Mbappe
Monaco have announced the signing of Inter Milan forward Stevan Jovetic for a fee reportedly in the region of £10 million.
Jovetic, 27, is a replacement for Kylian Mbappe, the 18-year-old superstar-in-the-making, who is poised to move to Paris Saint-Germain on loan for a season before completing a £167m transfer.
Monaco have found a cut-price replacement in Jovetic, who has signed a four-year contract with the reigning Ligue 1 champions.
The Montenegro international scored seven times in 24 appearances for Sevilla after joining on loan in January.
He joined Inter in 2015 on loan before making the move permanent but failed to shine during his time with the Nerazzurri.
