The 31-year-old has now notched up 11 Ligue 1 goals this season, from just 12 shots on target.
Stevan Jovetic got the ball rolling with his first goal for Monaco after joining from Inter Milan in the summer.
The forward netted midway through the first half when curling a low effort into the bottom corner from the edge of the area.
Rachid Ghezzal then doubled the visitors lead on the half-hour mark before Falcao got in on the action after the break.
The Colombian scored three minutes after the break before tucking away a penalty to wrap up the simple victory.
Falcao’s feat means he has already scored 11 Ligue 1 goals this season, making him the first player across Europe’s top five leagues to break the 10-goal barrier.
The win moves Monaco level on points with PSG at the top of the table, though the Parisian outfit will play their game in hand on Saturday afternoon against Montpellier.
