Aubameyang in, Aguero out at City

Pep Guardiola is ready to shake things up at Manchester City, and he's planning to sign Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from Borussia Dortmund, according to the Sunday Express. He'll be shunting Sergio Aguero out of the club to make way.
Paper Round's view: After his omission from the Champions League line-up, it's no surprise that Aguero is out of favour at the Etihad. Guardiola's already proved himself ruthless what with the Joe Hart saga, so if he's no longer got use for the striker, it's safe to say he'll be on his way. Whether or not Aubameyang will sign is a different matter: there'll be plenty of clubs queuing up to throw money at him.

Ibrahimovic set for China move

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is all set for a move to China, according to the Daily Star on Sunday, who reckon his agent has already discussed a potential deal.
Paper Round's view: This one seems sketchy. It's notable that no actual clubs are named in the story, and even if they were, a club contacting an agent does not mean a transfer is imminent.

Mourinho fears for 'special' status

Jose Mourinho is worried that he may lose his status as "special one", and frets that Manchester United fans won't love him unless he wins them trophies, according to the Sunday Telegraph.
Paper Round's view: This does not take a great deal of perspicacity or self-awareness to work out. Mourinho has been given free rein and results have not been as forthcoming as expected - come to that, nor have performances. Still, Paper Round is pleased to offer some reassurance and a quick reminder - Jose, you gave yourself the title of "special one", so you can probably award it again when you think you deserve it. Your confidence can't be that shaken if you also expect United fans to remember you as a "great guy, good coach" regardless of your trophy haul.

Anderson ruled out of first three Tests against India

England fast bowler James Anderson has been ruled out of the first three Tests against India next month, report the Mail on Sunday.
Paper Round's view: This was rumoured last week, and now this seems to be pretty much confirmed. The stress of carrying the England attack for a decade has begun to wear the quick's body down. It is good to see that the England management have apparently chosen to err on the side of caution, resting Anderson's shoulder injury for the next month in the hope that he will be fit by December - much better than rushing him back, however much he might be needed.
