Arsenal to move for Cech - Petr Cech looks set to leave Chelsea this summer and Arsenal are very keen to sign him, according to the Daily Mail, - but the paper claims the club want confirmation that they will be allowed to compete for his signature before they work on bringing the goalkeeper to the Emirates. Chelsea have said that they will let Cech leave for £10 million, but the Gunners are concerned that negotiations may be more complicated for a Premier League rival like themselves. Still, Arsenal want to sign Cech and so are attempting to line up the move already with talks in advance of the summer.
Paper Round's view - Chelsea have no use for Cech thanks to the emergence of Thibault Courtois as one of the league's best goalkeepers, but they probably wouldn't want to send the Czech to Arsenal and sort one of the Gunners' long-standing problem spots. Does that mean they would refuse to sell him to Arsenal or just that the Gunners would have to pay a premium? That isn't clear, but it's no surprise that Arsene Wenger wants the goalkeeper and he would probably be willing to go above £10 million for him.
Chelsea ready to resume chase for Douglas Costa - Jose Mourinho is ready to put a £20 million bid in front of Shakhtar Donetsk in hopes of signing Douglas Costa. The Mirror believe that the Blues' interest did not fade after an unsuccessful bid to buy him in January and want to get a deal done with Shakhtar before Real Madrid, Barcelona and the other big English clubs get involved.
Paper Round's view - Costa has made it clear that he wants to join Chelsea and Shakhtar are resigned to sell. The question is at what price. If Shakhtar just want to get a fair price and move on, they could sell Costa to Chelsea for £20 million or a bit more and be done with it. But they could also wait and see if a bidding war pushes the price higher. They'd risk scaring some teams off, but it could pay off. At this point, we have no idea what Shakhtar are thinking, but Chelsea are definitely frontrunners.

City want Sterling and de Bruyne - Manchester City's summer rebuild may be centred on Raheem Sterling and Kevin de Bruyne. The club are widely expected to clean house this summer and make a slew of signings as they hope to construct a younger team and The Mirror believe that they want Sterling and de Bruyne to be at the heart of it. City could offer as much as £40 million for de Bruyne, as well as giant wages for Sterling.
Paper Round's view - Most of Man City's links are believable. Clubs set for a major rebuild and with the kind of cash that the Citizens have can do nearly anything. It's no secret that they want to get younger and retool their midfield, which Sterling and de Bruyne would certainly do. Signing both would be expensive, but that hasn't scared City off before. If they can make the deals happen, the Citizens would have a fearsome attacking duo for the next decade, and that's worth spending on.
Spurs may need Champions League to keep Lloris - Hugo Lloris may leave Tottenham for a mere £15 million this summer if the club don't qualify for the Champions League. The Sun understands that the goalkeeper's new contract with Spurs includes a clause that allows him to leave if the club don't finish in the top four. Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid could all be interested in Lloris if he's allowed to leave and Spurs won't be able to do anything about it.
Paper Round's view - Daniel Levy doesn't normally like release clauses, even if they need a trigger like missing out on the Champions League. Such a deal would be entirely out of character so it's tough to believe Lloris really has one and that the price really is £15 million. But if the report is true, it looks like this will be the goalkeeper's final season at White Hart Lane.

Gunners interested in Dybala - Arsenal are the latest team to join the chase for Paulo Dybala, according to The Telegraph. The striker has scored 12 goals this season and his play has drawn the attention of Chelsea, Manchester United, Juventus and Barcelona. Palermo have already conceded that he will leave the club this summer and Arsenal are now hoping that it will be for the Emirates.
Paper Round's view - There aren't many good 21-year-old strikers out there so it's no wonder that several big clubs want Dybala. Juventus figure to have a leg up, but the other clubs will be able to offer more money. It's just a matter of how high the price goes. Arsenal are undoubtedly interested, but will they be willing to spend big money on him? Arsene Wenger is always very particular about who he spends on, although doing so on a young player would probably appeal to him.
