It is suggested that the Argentine will put an end to his short stay in the Premier League this week by signing for Paris-Saint Germain.
French media on Thursday claimed that the two clubs had reached an agreement over the sale of Di Maria, who joined Manchester United from Real Madrid in August 2014 for a fee of £59.7million.
It is claimed that PSG will pay the Premier League outfit £44m to secure the services of United’s want-away winger – a whopping £15m loss for the Red Devils.

The 27-year-old will depart Old Trafford on bad terms and £360,000 lighter having gone ‘AWOL’ in recent weeks. He was afforded a longer summer break than most United players following his Copa America exploits, in which he won a runners-up medal as Argentina lost to hosts Chile in the final.
However, Di Maria was due to re-join the squad last Saturday for United’s four-match tour of the United States, but he failed to make the journey and manager Louis van Gaal openly admitted that he had “no idea” where his player was.
Di Maria will reportedly travel to Paris imminently to finalise his switch to the Ligue 1 champions, and his departure is expected to be followed by United’s £22m bid for Barcelona’s Pedro.
