The off-season is almost over already and Premier League champions Chelsea will take on FA Cup winners Arsenal to kick-off the 2015-16 season on Sunday.

The match kicks off at 15:00 UK time on Sunday 2nd August.

WHY IS IT WORTH FOLLOWING?
It’s the traditional curtain-raiser for the upcoming season and a chance for fans to see new signings in action ahead of the Premier League campaign. Sure, it may not be the most prestigious competition but it’s the first real opportunity for silverware and that has got to count for something.
Jose Mourinho’s side may feature high-profile loan signing Radamel Falcao after their pre-season tour to America, while former Blues goalkeeper Petr Cech is set to play for Arsene Wenger’s team in the Wembley showpiece after their Asia Trophy triumph in Singapore.
